Review Meindl's size guide below to identify the correct size of boot for your feet.

Meindl's Best Selling Go-Anywhere Uninsulated Hunting Boot

Thanks to an innovative boot-within-a-boot design, these high-country mountain hunting boots wrap your feet stabilizing comfort. Inside the full grain nubuck leather uppers, MFS Vakuum foam panels form to the shape of your feet, ensuring a perfect fit without uncomfortably tights pressure points common in lesser-made technical boots. Special stretch Gore-Tex, waterproof linings do away with standard heal seams, eliminating yet another potential blister-forming hot spot. Between the Air-Active insoles and gripping Vibram Alpin outsoles, polyurethane midsoles push you through each step while allowing for the addition of soft crampons. Also available in a women's style Lady Vakuum® GTXMade in Germany

Our recommendation is to order the same size you’re currently wearing.

"Vakuum Hunter boots will carry you to the top of the mountain in all but the most difficult terrain. While the stiff uppers provide maximum ankle support when climbing, the inner reticulated foam booties deliver a solid, foot-gripping fit and feel for comfort and stability. Uninsulated, yet fully waterproof, they’re a solid choice for high-country hunts that could take you well past the timberline and into the rocks above."

Stiffer than I like but feel great. There will be a break in period even if you use mink oil or something similar to soften the leather. Might try some Neatsfoot oil.

    Just getting broke in.

I purchased boots for 2024 hunt season and have only just wore them on short non hunt outings, next week I will find out how they do. So far the first impressions are great.

Maybe a little premature to run a survey as they have earned a proper review until they have been tested for a full season.

    3rd Pair!

No need to try out another brand! They take everything I can throw at them for years. Great support and comfortable.

So far these boots have fixed my foot pain I'm a big guy and I'm very active and on my feet all day working I've worn Carolinas for a very long time but always ended each day with my feet killing me. I must say these boots are a game changer..
