Return Policy
Meindl USA offers a 60-day return policy with free return shipping (in the lower 48 states), one time per order. Boots must be returned in original condition. Additional exclusions may apply. If you need to exchange for another pair or size, we will cover the shipping to have the replacement boots shipped to you.
Please note: if you would like to exchange for a different boot, the original boot will need to be entered as a refund and the new boot will need to be ordered separately.
Please make sure the boots being returned meet all of the following requirements:
- Returned in the original Meindl box, not damaged
- Tags are attached to the boots
- Boots are clean, in a condition that can be resold as new — unused and not showing signs of being worn outside
- Special order items excluded

How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Visit Meindl USA's Return/Exchange portal using the button below.
- Enter your original order number along with your zip code, phone number, or email.
- Click the product(s) you plan to return and select Exchange or Refund, noting the reason for the return.
- Select your shipping method — use our prepaid return label (emailed to the address on file) or ship with your own carrier.
- Place the shipping label on the original shipping box, not on the Meindl boot box.

Submit Return / Exchange Request
Return & Exchange Process
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, your boots will be inspected within 5 business days and determined if they meet the standards per our Return Policy.
- Refund Request: Upon approval, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment, less original shipping costs, within 2 business days of warehouse review.
- Exchange Request: A new order will be created for the requested size and shipped to you. Exchanges for sizes no longer in stock will be placed on backorder. Exchanges for discontinued styles will be issued a refund.
- Boots That Fail Return Requirements: Boots showing signs of light use (tags removed, dirty, or worn outside) will be charged a restocking fee or returned to the customer. Boots with significant signs of use are not eligible for return.
