No warranty service will be provided without an RMA number/Once the boot is returned to our office, we will review the boot to determine if the boot is defective due to workmanship or defective materials. If it is determined the footwear has failed due to workmanship or material failure we will either repair or replace you footwear. If the footwear is to be repaired, it will be done by our professional cobbler. once the boots are repaired by our cobbler, the boots will be returned directly to the address you provide. The process of warranty repair can take up to 6 weeks.
Limitation of Liability. THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE OBLIGATION AND LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
