For help finding the perfect fit for each style, please reference the sizing guide on each product page. We typically recommend ordering a half size smaller than you normally wear in sneakers. If you have worn Meindl previously, order the same U.S. size you have worn in the past. (We recommend sizing down because our styles run large.) All our sizing online is ordered based off U.S. sizing. We want to make sure you get the right boot and size for you. That's why Meindl USA always covers the return shipping on the first exchange/return in the contiguous United States. Just please make sure your boots meet these requirements when returning:

- Your items are in original condition, tags attached and in their original packaging.

- Your return request is submitted within 60 days of receiving your original order.

Meindl USA stands behind all our product and we offer a limited 12-month warranty from date of purchase against all manufacturer defects. Any damage caused by improper care or natural wear and tear are not covered. This includes, but is not limited to: abuse, improper care, alterations, negligence, modifications, or if used in a manner for which they are not intended.
