Meindl USA Shipping Policy

Meindl USA ships on all U.S. non-holiday business days (Monday through Friday) year round.

Standard Shipping

  • Orders over $99 — $12 flat rate shipping in the Continental US
  • Orders under $99 — $7 flat rate shipping in the Continental US
  • Orders to Hawaii and Alaska — $25 flat rate shipping

Expedited Shipping

When selecting expedited domestic shipping, your order must be received by 2:00 p.m. Central time to be sent the same day. If your order is placed after 2:00 p.m. Central time, it will leave the following business day and quoted shipping times will begin on the day it is shipped.

If expedited freight is selected on an order placed after 2:00 p.m. on a Friday, or any time on the weekend, the shipment will leave on the next business day.

Canada Shipping Policy

For all Canadian orders, Meindl USA offers international carrier options from DHL. Orders placed through Meindl USA with a shipping destination to Canada will include additional import charges, duties, and taxes. These fees will be collected at checkout on all products shipped from the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If it has been more than two business days since you placed your order and you have not received a tracking number, please contact us and we will assist you.
