Great for light hiking and wearing around town and country these socks are designed and built like all our socks, with Meindl's legendary quality, craftsmanship and materials. These 8" tall 1.75mm thick 1.8 oz socks are made with polyamide, high-performance polymer, blended with our favorite sock material, merino wool, which brings its natural moisture-wicking, odor-absorbing, temperature-regulating characteristics. Woven with the wool into a two-layer construction are advanced bio ceramic yarns which provide additional insulation and temperature regulation. And these socks are anatomically designed to the natural shape of your right and left feet so there's no extra fabric to wad up and cause blister-causing hot spots. Plus, they are marked right and left to prevent early-morning confusion. The soles are cushioned and the heel and toe areas reinforced to add comfort and durability. The micro-crew style fits better in the spring and summer months (and early fall), with the perfect amount of stretch to keep your sock in place throughout your active day. Made in Italy.
