An extreme alpine hunting boot for high-altitude sheep, goat, and mountain elk hunters who face the most demanding terrain and climate conditions on the continent and need a boot engineered specifically for those extremes.
The Air Revolution Alpine Pro 200 was built for the places most hunters never go and for the hunters determined to get there anyway. Extreme alpine terrain. High-altitude sheep and goat country. Mountain elk units where the access is brutal and the margin for gear failure is zero. This boot doesn't ask whether you're ready. It assumes you are.
At the core is Meindl's Air Revolution technology, a system engineered to deliver climate-controlled performance across the relentless demands of technical mountain terrain. Combined with a stiff C flex rating that provides the torsional stability serious alpine hunters depend on, the Air Revolution Alpine Pro 200 performs on the steep, loose, and unforgiving terrain where softer boots simply don't belong.
Gore® Zoned Insulation sets this boot apart from standard insulated hunting boots. Rather than applying warmth uniformly, zoned insulation targets the areas of the foot most prone to heat loss while allowing breathability in higher-output zones. Your feet stay warm during cold alpine sits and don't overheat on demanding climbs. Gore-Tex® waterproof lining handles the rest, keeping your feet dry across snow, wet rock, and the unpredictable weather that high alpine hunting consistently delivers.
Built on a standard last with a suede leather upper, an Air Active insole, and DiGAfix® lacing for a secure mountain fit, this 9-inch boot is handcrafted in Germany to Meindl's highest standards. For hunters chasing the most challenging game in the most demanding terrain on the continent, the Air Revolution Alpine Pro 200 is ready for all of it.
No intentionally added PFAS chemicals.
Comfortable and functional
They've made my feet feel so much better and I have a very good grip on the terrain, very good
Great boots! If you want one pair of boots to do it all. This is it.
Excellent boot. Just what I needed. Half size down always does it.
These boots are very warm, great for climbing in the mountains. They don’t flex too much while walking on rocks.

At Meindl we know that quality boots are a significant investment. That is why we are so committed to educating our customers on the best methods of care to make sure your boots continue to perform at their peak and last for years to come.
All Meindl Boots come out of the factory treated and ready for you to get out. However, if you want to ensure the boots are in peak condition from the moment you hit the field you can give them a quick treatment with our Meindl Wet Proof and let that sit for 24 hours and then apply Meindl Sport Wax.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT heat Sport Wax before applying. Doing so can cause it to penetrate too deep and impair the leather’s breathability and wearing comfort. DO NOT apply oils or grease on any of our boots. There are two reasons: First, oil and grease products can cause boots to lose strength and stability. Second, oil or grease will migrate throughout the leather which can cause the rand and outsoles to delaminate from the boot.
Quality boots deserve care and attention. Read our full article to learn how to maintain your Meindl boots from beginning to end.
