Versatile everyday winter pac boot for cold-weather everyday users who want genuine sheepskin warmth rated to -13°F, waxed nubuck leather durability, and reliable cold-weather coverage in a 9.5-inch boot built for the full range of daily winter use.

The Cervinia Winter Pac Boot is the winter everyday boot for people who want warmth, quality materials, and a boot that handles the full range of cold-season use. Rated to -13°F with a genuine sheepskin lining and waxed nubuck leather upper, the Cervinia brings real material quality to the everyday winter boot category.

Genuine sheepskin lining is the defining feature of the Cervinia's warmth system. Unlike synthetic insulations that provide fixed warmth regardless of activity level, natural sheepskin actively regulates temperature, keeping feet warm when you're stationary in the cold and wicking moisture when you're moving and generating heat. For everyday winter use that moves between active and passive throughout the day, that natural regulation is a meaningful advantage. Waxed nubuck leather provides weather resistance that holds up through the daily exposure to snow, slush, ice, and the persistent wet conditions of winter use.

The rubber midsole insulates from cold ground contact, adding underfoot warmth that complements the sheepskin lining throughout the full wearing day. At 9.5 inches on a standard last with an ultra-light A flex rating and handcrafted in Germany to Meindl's exacting standards, the Cervinia Winter Pac Boot is the winter companion that earns its name. Warm, reliable, and built to be there every cold day the season delivers.

The Cervinia Winter Pac Boot is designed for cold-weather comfort and everyday winter use, offering a soft, insulated feel from the first wear. Built for easy movement in winter conditions, it requires very little break-in and should feel comfortable and wearable almost immediately.

Begin by wearing the boots indoors or during short periods of daily use to confirm fit and adjust lacing for a secure, stable hold—especially around the midfoot and ankle where warmth and support are most important in cold conditions. This short settling period allows the interior and upper materials to naturally conform to your foot.

From there, transition directly into regular winter wear, including outdoor walking and time spent in cold, variable conditions. The nubuck leather will remain soft and responsive while gradually adapting to your movement, and the overall fit will continue to feel more natural with use.

Any initial stiffness is minimal and typically resolves quickly as the boot begins to settle. The result is a winter pac boot that delivers immediate comfort, dependable warmth, and an easy, natural feel for everyday cold-weather wear.

Nubuck leather benefits from consistent care to preserve its durability, breathable structure, and water-resistant performance over time. After use, allow the boots to dry naturally before removing surface dirt with a soft brush to keep the leather clean and ready for treatment.

Once prepared, apply the Meindl Wet Proof Spray evenly across the entire upper, ensuring full but light coverage so the treatment can absorb properly into the material. Allow the boots to dry completely before moving to the next step.

After drying, apply Meindl Sport Wax to the leather, tongue, and eyelets. Work the wax gently into the leather to reinforce protection while maintaining flexibility and comfort under movement.

This combination of spray and wax helps maintain the balance between weather resistance, breathability and long-term durability, keeping the leather performing consitently through regular use in varied conditions.

    Comfort

Really wasn’t what I expected for comfort like the rest of my boots from Meindl. I was expecting more arch and foot support. They appear to be warm, but not comfortable to walk all day in. Feel like a tree stand pack boot not for walking long distances.
