These over the calf 16" tall socks are made with a blend of materials, starting with Merino Wool which is known for its insulating and moisture-managing properties, as well as its soft next-to-skin feel. Merino Wool also absorbs bacteria-caused odor, something to consider on those multi-day hunts in the backcountry, especially at night in the tent. But there's more to these socks than Merino wool. These 4mm thick 5.0 ounce socks have durable two-layer construction which places innovative bioceramic yarns next to your skin to enhance insulation and temperature regulation. And they are anatomically designed to fit your right and left foot (and marked accordingly), no one-shape-fits all here. This allows the socks to fit snuggly without extra fabric that can bunch up and cause blistering and discomfort, while holding in your boot better too, providing a better sock-boot fit. Strategically placed cushioning and reinforced heel and toe add comfort and durability. Extra length provides warmth and comfort up to your knees. Made in Italy.

52% Merino Wool; 22% Polyamide; 14% Bio-Ceramic Polyester; 9% Polypropylene; and 3% Elastane for just the right amount of stretch.
