Soft full grain waxed nubuck leather uppers resist scuffs and abrasion and backed by 100% waterproof, breathable Gore-Tex® to keep rain and dew out for a long-wearing performance. Built on a Comfort Fit last that creates plenty of room up front, yet still snugs up the heels for a stable, no-slip fit. Fleece-covered cork insoles form to the individual wearer’s feet to create customized comfort with each step. Meindl Multigrip outsole cushions and protects. Made in Italy

Best Hiking Boot Ever!
My brother and I have been wearing Meindl boots for almost 10 years. My last pair was purchased in 2017 from Cabela’s - many hundreds of miles later - they are greatly worn but still useable and very comfortable. These are really light yet very solid! Getting my next pair now. Great service from Meindl too - Thank you for a great product and service!

Great boot!
Very comfortable and I find many shoes uncomfortable. Sizing a half size smaller was a great recommendation unless you plan on doing heavy wool sock with a liner sock under.

GOAT of boots
Great price. Fast delivery. This is my 3 rd pair of these boots. They are the most comfortable boot I have ever worn. No break in time, just put them on and go. I highly recommend these boots to any one that hikes a lot. I live in Arizona so the terrain is very tough on the boots. They typically last me about 2 to 3 years depending on how much time I am in the field. Great buy!

At Meindl we know that quality boots are a significant investment. That is why we are so committed to educating our customers on the best methods of care to make sure your boots continue to perform at their peak and last for years to come.

Before The First Use

All Meindl Boots come out of the factory treated and ready for you to get out. However, if you want to ensure the boots are in peak condition from the moment you hit the field you can give them a quick treatment with our Meindl Wet Proof and let that sit for 24 hours and then apply Meindl Sport Wax.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT heat Sport Wax before applying. Doing so can cause it to penetrate too deep and impair the leather’s breathability and wearing comfort. DO NOT apply oils or grease on any of our boots. There are two reasons: First, oil and grease products can cause boots to lose strength and stability. Second, oil or grease will migrate throughout the leather which can cause the rand and outsoles to delaminate from the boot.
