The MT1 Lightweight Ankle Sock is built for the person who takes their daily footwear as seriously as their outdoor gear. At ankle height with a lightweight synthetic construction, it's the right sock for sneakers, trail runners, and low-profile everyday footwear where you want Meindl's technical quality without the bulk of a hiking sock.

Ergonomic ventilation channels run along the top and sides of the foot to actively move air and manage moisture during activity, keeping feet cooler and drier than standard socks across long days of wear. Flex channels allow the sock to move naturally with your foot throughout the stride cycle, reducing the friction and bunching that causes hot spots and blisters. The ergonomic fit is anatomically designed to the shape of your right and left foot, marked accordingly, so there's no excess fabric to wad up inside your shoe.

Abrasion-resistant construction at the heel and toe reinforces the areas that take the most wear, extending the life of the sock through regular active use. A soft cuff with an integrated spoiler wraps the heel and keeps the sock firmly in place without slipping during movement. The pressure-free toe seam eliminates the irritation that standard seams create across a long day. Made in Italy.
